Can’t receive or make phone calls

Hi,I have recently changed from prepay sim only to contract and ever since I can’t receive or make phone calls.text work and mobile data works.any suggestions?I have already switched the phone on/off a few times.had it in airplane mode.selected the ee network from settings

Are you in the UK or abroad? When exactly is "recently" that you converted to pay-monthly, and how did you do so?

I’m in the UK.I switched last Sunday.It happened over the phone with an agent,all the changes,billing and everything shows on my account in the app.I was told the sim will remain the same and all changes should take effect once the phone is restarted

That rules out a roaming issue.

What happens when you try making a call? What happens when someone calls your number?

When I try to call it doesn’t ring out it just straight away say call ended same when someone tries calling me.
