No internet connection from my iPhone in the kew/Richmond.

Hi,  is anyone experiencing issues with their mobile internet in the Kew/Richmond area? I've been having issues for 2 days now.

Does your phone show a mobile network connection? You need that to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.

The "check status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker is a good first-line check

 

Thank you. Yes I've checked the status page and all is good according to that. 

my colleague also on ee is having issues too. I also noticed that leaving the Kew area down towards richmond is working, so it seems it's local to Kew. 

I'm at another location now so cannot test at the moment. I'll be back in the kew area next week.

 

The issue was over the course of 3 days.

If the issue continues when you are back in Kew I would recommend reporting this via the status checker @Sg00

Our Network teams will then be able to investigate this further.

I've been  back at kew for the past 3 days and still  have no connection for calls and internet. EE auto wifi is working. I try and report this as instructed above. Thanks
