I always have issues using EE network outside it doesn’t work properly I only enjoy internet when I’m connected to a wifi

Is 'mobile data' switched on in your phone settings, @Ayo11?

It should be under Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data > On.

Is there a particular area where you notice the problem? It may be worth checking a couple of areas on our network status checker to see if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area.
