I always have issues using EE network outside it doesn’t work properly I only enjoy internet when I’m connected to a wifi

What kind of device are you using? Does it work at all for mobile data, even if sporadically?

Is 'mobile data' switched on in your phone settings, @Ayo11?

It should be under Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data > On.
