Calls to 🇮🇪

I’ve tried contacting a friend in Ireland - it says calls to this number are barred. Can I ask how and how can I rectify this? Thank you.

Do you have "Call abroad & Premium rate" enabled within your myEE online account?

Calling Irish numbers from the UK is classed as an international call, it's well worthwhile enabling the free Call-Abroad add-on if you've not already - this will reduce the per-minute charges substantially.
