I've am fed up with the bad signal this past 2 months. Received a message saying that work was being carried out in my area and there will be disruption for 4 days......... Well 2 months later still as bad. Have complained over the phone and in ee store. Have had a replacement sim and still no better. Ee keep saying no problems in area. But I've received over 10 txts stating there is a problem and it's being fixed. I've had a mobile m.o.t done and still no better. I was so fed up 3 days ago I got the s22 ultra new contract and mobile........ Well again same problem terrible signal, calls breaking up and Internet cutting off. Clearly there is a fault with ee. A store member in ee even told me they are taking down 2g towers and putting up 5g 1s. But customers services isn't saying anything. If there is problems then reduce are bills until they are fixed at less instead of blaming everything but the network. I'm returning this new mobile after 3 days because I'm still having the same problem as my other mobile. 15 years with ee and this is the worst its been from 2months ago

This is untrue - all EE's sites carry multiple technologies from 2G>5G.
I would recommend using the "status" tab on the website checker that's already been linked to - this includes the facility to report suspected issues that aren't listed.
