5G broadband Lag spikes

ive recently got 5g broad band when i do a speed test i get around 30 ms ping which is fine but whilst im playing games it spikes to like 200 for a second or 2 fairly often

i only really play fifa  and thats the game it spikes on sits on like 30ms then spikes to 200 trhen drops again every 5 or 10 mins

I'm not aware of any ways to fix this with a mobile router, @9-Matt.

Does it work any better if you restart it before playing?

yeah doesn't make difference just weird i get lag spikes in game but when i do speed tests i get near the same ping everytime

Where do you see the lag spikes, @9-Matt? Is it in game or when you do a speed test on another device, whilst you're playing?

Only when I’m in the game I get the lag spikes

Where is it that you see an indicator that it's a lag spike though, @9-Matt? Is it in the game itself as an indicator, or are you seeing the lag spikes on a speed test whilst you're playing?

Yeah the in game ping spikes and I feel the lag spikes when playing

What happens when you run a speed test on another device while you're in a game, @9-Matt? Does it show any spikes on the speed test app?
