I have the same issue but I bought a subscription and topped up so I can get add ons should I need it. Data showing as 20.5gb to use but nothing will connect to the wifi.

Resolved! No Connection with FB Messenger and Facebook

I have IPhone 14 pro. I can not establish a secure connection with facebook via Mobile data. I tried in safari and in application as well.In application the messages comes in but not going out. Via Wifi both perfect. I guess the fault with EE.
