Data gifting

Hi,

1. I am trying to gift data to a family member who is on my plan. My EE app is saying they aren’t on my plan when they are.

2. It’s also saying they have unlimited data yet they don’t. Can anyone assist? Thank you

Hi, I am trying to gift data to family who are on my plan. My EE app is telling me they are not on my plan when they are. How do I rectify this. I went to my settings and my contacts are already on.

Are they on a No-Frills plan? You can't gift to them.
