Hi, I’ve recently got a contract sim and was told that I’d have unlimited data regardless of how much data I pay for as I am already and EE customer. I’ve been using the sim and it’s not showing that I have unlimited data?

The unlimited data should show as an add-on within your EE app, then add-ons. The plan allowance will still show as the 2GB but the unlimited data will start when the plan allowance has been used 🙂

Where is "it" displaying the data allowance? What is the result of texting BALANCE to 150?
I'm not aware of an automatic offer of unlimited data for additional SIMs - where or by whom were you advised of this?

It says in the app I have 2GB. I was told over the phone when ordering that it would be unlimited data as I have broadband with them.
