Unexplained high charges

I recharged my sim with 10pounds on the 28/10/2023 ,and on the 29/10/2023 I was told I have 0. 20p left in my balance. My data did not work nor did I makes calls. Pls why

Data surge of useage last month?

My data allowance isn't showing on my phone

I have my allowance of 150GB data showing in my account online and in the app but my phone is only showing that I have 3GB (and that I have exceeded that!) and the data renewal dates don't match. How do I sort this?
