150 not accepting texts

Hello,I have been sent a message from 150 stating I can boost my data or minutes for free but when I send BOOST DATA or BOOST MINS back, the message doesn't send. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

Data has not reset

HiMy billing cycle ends 3rd Dec therefore should reset on the 4th.On the website it has not reset and I am almost at zero.Any ideas why?
