Hi there, I can't access to my Facebook using mobile data, I've got Samsung s23 aultra phone

I'm using Facebook app also did try on website, other app are okay to access

It sounds like you may have content lock switched on.

Do you currently have a pay monthly contract SIM or a pay as you go SIM in your phone?

Are you on contract or PAYG?

  • On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
  • On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

I just have to comment on your list at end of your post, impressive, myself I cant remember what I've had over the years, I have only had mobiles and so many since my first in 1992 at around £270 a month as I lived on the road then and now a boat so wires were not a possibility.

First mobile data was with Orange in around 1995 maybe 6 using a pcmcia card with a massive whoppi g 50mb a month for £60 Inc vat. How things have changed.
