Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines. 

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID

The above should work for pay monthly customers, or if you're on pay as you go you'll need to give us a call and confirm your age via a token credit card transaction.

Alternatively you can also visit us in-store and remove content lock on the presentation of valid photo ID.
