Check data on data only sim

I’ve bought an EE data only sim. How can I check the data balance ? This is a mifi device and I don’t use EE for my mobile phone. thanks

Why is my Mobile Data going down so quickly, since I upgraded to a new plan of 30GB. I need to see my usage breakdown ASAP and can not seem to find it anywhere. Also I Can no longer text the 150 Service. Why is this?

EE Dongal Data Usage

My 25gb of data renewed on the 4th September and has almost immediately gone down to 6.24GB remaining. The same seemed to happen last month with the same (6.24gb) figure appearing back then? How can I actually see a breakdown of usage?
