I have a sim-only EE account for my mobile and I want an additional sim for my Avtex receiver for streaming TV in the caravan. What are my options please. Peter

Will my internet go off if I exhaust my monthly data usage  please note that I am on a contract and I pay monthly. 

Personal Hotspot lets me play games but not connect to Xbox party chat?

It let's me connect and play online but whenever I try and join a party or invite someone to a party it won't work at all? I seen there was some sort of fix for this 

RCS free??

Hi all,I'm an S24 Ultra user and I have friends that predominantly use iphones. My plan is unlimited data, texts and calls. Can I text, send photos/videos via Google Messages on RCS for free now? I'm confused as to whether it's free or not. 

I too have the same issue. Parental control set to 18+ and all affected apps (seems to be data intensive apps like instagram, and WhatsApp when trying to download/send images) have mobile data enabled etc

Hi EE CommunityMy old phone died, so I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A15 5G SIM FreeI took my old sim from old phone and put it into the new phone and I can make calls etc..... but no data.Please help

No mobile data after porting number from BT samsung s9+

Hi,I just switched from BT Mobile.  The mobile data network worked fine for 24 hours until my old number ported over.  Now no data.  My phone is a Samsung S9+.Any ideas gratefully received.Thanks

Cant connect to mobile data

I switched from PAYG to monthly keeping the same number and since this I don't seem to connect via the mobile data. I have tried all apart from inserting a VPM that I've read about.Any suggestions on this or how I complete the VPM route? 

Check data on data only sim

I’ve bought an EE data only sim. How can I check the data balance ? This is a mifi device and I don’t use EE for my mobile phone. thanks
