What needs to be done to get internet once outside the house

@firouzkenzie  Are you on contract or pay as you go ? do you have a data allowance ?    what reply do you get If you text balance to 150 ?  is cellular data enabled on your device ?    what apps are you trying to use ?

In addition... Have you been able to use mobile data in the past, or has this never worked? Does your phone show coverage? Are you able to make & receive calls?
