5g connection

My iPhone 14 all of a sudden won’t connect to iMessage what’s app Facebook etc although the 5g icon is visible, I’ve done all the usual restart stuff etc and nothing helped. Anything would be greatly appreciated

  1. Did you get the phone from EE. 
  2. Have you tried restarting your device.
  3. Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.

@Stu867 It could be Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect adult & social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

If the advice thus far fails to resolve, can you be more specific about what "all the usual restart stuff etc" actually includes?

What's usual for one person may not be for someone else!
