Unable to Gift Data for months

I have been unable to gift data via the app for months now, why has this not been sorted EE? You are not providing the service agreed in my contract.

Did they manage to help you gift the data from our end in the meantime? 

I really appreciate your patience with this too, and please keep us posted on how things go.

The data can always be moved if I phone to request- well, wait for a call. The app or online hasn't worked for months

Re installing? Why it’s an EE problem not user problem

Welcome to the EE Community

Some problems with data gifting may be caused by an app or browser issue, so we would always recommend giving steps such as re-installing the app or trying different browsers a try.

If there is no change when trying those things however we would then recommend reaching out to our team on 150 so they can access your account and help investigate the issue you are having with data gifting.
