Data reset

According to my account page my reset is supposed to be today but I'm at zero and not reset although my account is paid upto date as of the 17th can any one help please

Can you access data on your device or do you get promoted to purchase a data add-on? 

Could you text BALANCE to 150, does the reply show you're data has reset?
