I have been unable to gift data via the app for months now, why has this not been sorted EE? You are not providing the service agreed in my contract.

@SALLYMANGO Have you spoken to customer services about this ? If not they don’t know you have an issue with data gifting.

I have indeed...twice over the last 2 months. They explained that there are technical issues, yet still no resolution ! I will call again today.

Have to but extra data because I'm unable do to do usual data gift.

I'm disappointed to hear that you're having a spot of bother with the EE app at the moment.
Have you tried to delete and reinstall this?
Have you tried to log into your main online account to gift data?

I’ve not been able to gift data for ages- coincidentally at a time when transferring to unlimited data for a fee, is being promoted.
I have deleted app, restarted, phoned multiple times, tried online, there’s no fixing this. Always told it’ll be fixed ‘soon’

Unacceptable. Gifting data not working. The app in general is terrible, doubly so for a communications company.
Gifting data has been problematic for months.
Also please don't use phrases like "a spot of bother" your customers are very frustrated and this type of speak is trvialising the issues.
No excuses get this fixed!

@Nic900 Does it work via your online account? If not you need to call customer support as it’s not an app issue it’s an account issue,
