Hi @Treeny06
Thanks for posting about this.
I hope you're well and having a nice day, are you up to much?
I'm a gamer myself so totally get why you'll want this fixing as fast as possible.
When you try to connect to a party, do you get any error codes when it fails?
Thanks
Chris

NAT codes can sometimes cause these issues so you may be right.
Have you looked over the Troubleshoot NAT XBOX support page at all? It's full of great information and steps to try when facing these kinds of issues.
Thanks

I see, sorry I didn't realise you're using your phone.to connect.
When you tether via any mobile device, most gaming consoles will automatically change your NAT to NAT Type 3, which means that access is restricted.
Can you double check your XBox's current NAT type by following the below for me?
- Press the Xbox button on the controller.
- Go to the System tab.
- Then go to Settings.
- Then go to Network.
- Then go to Network Settings.
- Check what it says next to NAT Type.
Thanks
Chris

You sure it not xbox as I had the same issue couple days ago. I haven't tried since though.
If your NAT is set to strict then this could also be the issue. It needs to be set to open.

You can't determine it's a fault with EE just by that.
Have you googled it?
Try this.
