Hi there, for some reason, i am unable to use my personal hotspot, it seems to look dimmer and try to slide the toggle switch to on position, but nothing happens.
been a customer for approx 5-6 years and my contract is the all rounder, never had any issues with this until now
my business phone etc also on my account, i have no problem with personal hotspot and slides to turn on as should??

Thanks for reaching out here on the community.
Could you give the following steps a try, please turn airplane mode on then back off. They see if your phone allows you to turn your hotspot on.
If that doesn't work try restarting your phone, make sure your phone is on the latest software and make sure your mobile data is switched on.
