Gifted data lost.

i gift data to my family every month.  This month the gifted data left my account but hasn’t arrived  at the other accounts.How do I get the lost data reinstated?john

Data usage

I have been with BT for over 10 years on the same mobile data package. since I have moved over to EE my usage seems to have increased drastically, without me using anything different? is anyone else having the same issue?

My data isn’t working

I was gifted 60 gig if data on the 7th & I’ve just received message saying it has nearly run out & but I can’t find anything/ breakdown as to where this has gone & I don’t believe I have used all the data provided?

Data Roaming in Turkey

I am in Turkey and I have Travel Plan active. However I cannot access mobile data. Why would this be? I am paying £25/month for the Travel Plan
