Unable to Gift Data for months

I have been unable to gift data via the app for months now, why has this not been sorted EE? You are not providing the service agreed in my contract.

I have a question if anyone can answer please. Actually my monthly data is renewing every 14  date of the month . Today they are showing your package is renewing but in data they are showing 0MB . I don’t know what happened? Thank you
