Resolved! What happened with my EE data internet?

I recently moved to EE and my internet data is not working good, I have another number with Giffgaff and it's working fine but with EE is worse. Is there anyone who knows how to fix it please? Thanks

Resolved! Data Connection Poor

Hello recently my 5G and any form of data connection has gone very poor. I rely on my data to do most things at work just wondering if it’s a problems in my area or just on my end. Area Code WV7 3EX thankyoy for your time

Account and app issue

I get 13gb each month but on the app and my online account it says I have 13gb left out of  39gb which I’ve never had 39gb anyone else had this problem?
