Hi @Bodjer,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Have you contacted Xbox Support to see if they can help with this issue?

it is 100% problem with EE and their network configuration, is not a problem to tether on any other network using mobile phone and connect to Xbox party chat , only a issue on EE . Unfortunately it is impossible to change Nat settings when using mobile hotspot , when I contacted EE support about issue they where unable to answer questions or help with the problem. On the other hand Microsoft support can’t solve this issue as they are not internet providers and have no way of changing settings we are locked to by EE

for some reason I can’t use my mic/headset when I connect my 4G, not sure why wondering if u can help it’s 100% an EE problem because it works fine when on WiFi I tried setting my settings to 18+ as I thought that would be the problem but it’s not wondering if I could get some some help ?

Unfortunately it seems to be an issue with the way the EE network operates in regards to IP addresses that are assigned when using 4G as it uses CGNAT. The issue is that it is trying to assign an IPV4V6 address when whats needed is an IPV4 address.
Unfortunately with mobile hotspots, the phone manufacturers don't allow this to be easily changed. With 4G routers (at least the ones provided by EE in my experience such as the 4G Wifi or the Smart 4G Routers), there are Profile Management settings that allow you to change this to IPV4 and it rectifies the issue and allows for party chat etc on Xbox.
