Hi, I ported my phone number over today and now cannot use mobile data or call/text.
I have had the confirmation text however my old sim shows up with my personal number and does not work with mobile service “failed service authentication”
The my new ESIM shows up without a number but in settings>phone it shows up as the temporary number. I cannot connect to EE service or data using this number. Or either number at the moment.

If your port-in day is today, 10th Dec, it can sometimes take until the end of the day for all service to transfer.
If you've received the confirmation text, be sure to restart your phone if you've not already. If nothing changes by end-of-day, contact EE-CS on 150 from your mobile or 07953 966150.
They have access to your specific individual account to advise further.
