Same as some other posters on here, I am getting no access to data etc in Singapore. I m on an annual contract and as a frequent traveler pay for the annual data roaming add on which includes. Singapore. I have turned my phone off and on, tried to check my data allowance (looks fine).
please can someone from EE get me online asp.
thanks

Do you have a connection to one of the Singaporean networks, and are you able to make & receive calls OK?
On what basis do you say your data allowance "looks fine" - what data billing add-on do you have? The Roam Abroad pass doesn't cover Singapore.

Yes to connected to a network. I have the annual add on for overseas connections which lists Singapore as a location covered. Works fine everywhere else I go. If I change to manually connect to a network rather than automatic I get data for few moments then goes

Hi @JMA64
Thanks for coming here.
Can you make and receive calls on any of the networks showing available when you manually search?
When was the last time you travelled abroad and had access to data?
Leanne 🙂

Yes I can make calls. Just data not working. Last used in UA just over two weeks ago. Checking my top ups says it is still valid.

What is the name of "the annual add on for overseas connections which lists Singapore"?
If you are topping-up your credit you are not on a contract but on PAYG.

Hi @Leanne_T - any further advice on this. Frustrating to be paying for a service I’m not getting.

If data roaming is switched on in your settings, and you've tried connecting to more than one local network, that's usually all we can recommend, @JMA64
Roaming must definitely be set up on your SIM if you're able to make and receive calls.
Can you confirm if you're on contract or pay as you go?

Hi @Christopher_G - data roaming is switched on, I have tried multiple networks, I am on a contract, I am paying for a top up that includes Singapore on the list of countries covered.
Should I be able to use data on any Singapore network or are there specific networks that you have a relationship with?
why does data work for a few moments when I restart but then becomes unavailable?
