I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max on contract but I have switched to an S21 Ultra using the existing SIM and my data speeds are horrendously slow, do I need to do something to get my data settings switched by EE from my old to my new phone please?

Have you tried restarting the phone?
Are there any maintenance works in your area? You can check by popping your postcode into our coverage checker and hitting the 'I have a problem' button.
