Mobile data not working

Hi. I have an iPhone 11 and noticed that my mobile data isn’t working. I have an allowance of 11GB a month and it’s not getting used. I only noticed recently as I have a Square Card Reader and the past 2 events I’ve been to where there’s no wi-fi, it’s not working at all, which is frustrating and causing me to lose sales due to this. Anyone any ideas on what I can do please? Many thanks

Is mobile data enabled on your phone?

Yes it’s switched on.
I’ve never had to really use the Mobile data before, but now I know it doesn’t work as I’ve tried it with other things now as well and it definitely doesn’t work

If you open Safari on your iPhone and search for a website such as Google what comes up? or does the page simply not load?
