Hi,

My daughters aboard and she can't use her sim. It hasn't registered she's away, she's got data roaming turned on and all that, I have the permissions on but still no luck. Was onto EE all day yesterday too trying to solve the issue but they couldn't seem to do it either. She's got a Google pixel 7. Does anybody have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated

@Adele3479  Has she restarted the device since you got there ?  Where is there by the way ?   You say data roaming is enabled is that on the EE account ?    Just to check is she on contract or PAYG ?
