Not sure why the rest of my message didn't show? I have used 56gb of data in the last 36hrs. I usually use 5gb a month!! I haven't used it more than usual or changed any settings. Any ideas?

Your initial post was empty, you'd used the subject line for a statement which perhaps got truncated.

Apple & Android phones have a data counter function which itemises data usage app-by-app between WiFi & mobile data. Synchronise the counting period with your bill cycle for more accurate investigations.
