Data gifting not registering

I've data gifted twice to my wife's phone. 2 GB then 500Mb. This shows on my account but her phone is still saying its got 0 data.

@Philpeel   Where are you reading that on her phone ?   The device itself doesn’t know you gifted data.    Providing it shows on the account then she’s got data to use. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Her phone is also under my account. So I can see that it is showing zero
and her phone has no data left,.
But my account shows that the data has been gifted.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to look into what's happened and gift the data manually for you.
