No data abroad

I have no data abroad. I have unlimited date and it says I have constant 4G and 5G but I don’t have any. I’ve never had this problem before. Can anyone help?

Double Data Not Showing in Allowance

I have just purchased the £15 25GB monthly rolling data for my mini portable wifi hub.When I check the allowances it is only showing 26GB not 50GB, has anyone had similar and knows what I should do. Thank you.
