why does the app not let me check my data. It is useless. Any ideas?

The app tells you how much you have remaining. What more do you want?

Try texting BA to 150.

It doesn’t. It just says something has gone wrong ant and it cannot give me remaining data. Please tr6 again. It has been saying that for over a year. If I could ge5 one on a different network I would

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you view the data usage if you log into the My EE account online? 

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling from the play/app store?

Try deleting app as having same problem but when I reload app still can’t gift data or doesn’t work on Desktop either
