Free double data text

I received a text offering me double data as an EE and BT customer. 150 replied saying I have now got it but I can’t see it on my account! How long does it take to be activated please? Thank you.

Very slow internet speed on mobile

Hi. I’m using monthly 10GB plan but the internet speed is awful . Speed between 3Mb to 7Mb always, no matter at home or anywhere. Any suggestions?
