reload a sim card problem

Yes, i am in MyEE account, Little business.
I want to purchase the add-on of £ 8

 But it says always there is a mistake....

I see:
Pay as you go
Balance £ 20

The Balance is wrong, I think; i had to have only £ 10, becasue i was negative £ 10

Since 3 days ago, i am triying to reload the Pay as you go, of my Sim Card. Always I get the same answer, that there is a problem...

What can I do?

What do you mean by "reload"? Add money credit to it or add more data?

Using the sim card that I want to reload, i have several Pay on you go options; when I select one of them, with amount below my balance, I receive a message as like ADDONS PURCHASE ERROR... and in this situation since 3 days ago...
