Cannot upgrade or change package

So I've recently joined EE and finding my data package isn't enough, so contacted EE and cannot upgrade till June 2023. Why is this when I'm on a Sim only deal?

Hi @JBG99 

Even if you're not eligible to upgrade, you should be able to make a change to your price plan to include more data.

You'd need to speak with our Customer Care team to do this.

Yes, we are open on a Sunday 🙂

You can call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help you upgrade or change the plan. You can also view upgrade options in your My EE account 🙂
