Data gifting is not working

I can usually gist some of my data to me son but since yesterday this service has been ‘down’ I have plenty of data. I cannot find a live chat option too ask EE

We know how important it is for you to be able to gift data between the lines on your account, so I can understand your frustration with this. I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they can take a look into why this is happening, and help you get this sorted.

Mines been down also since Friday

everytime I go on it’s giving the same message that it’ll be fixed soon…. Been 72hrs for me. Any ideas EE when this will be fixed?

Data gifting hasn't been working for over a week for me.i've tried App and website. Getting fed up of EE to be quite honest. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

I am sorry you are unable to gift data at the moment. 

Do you get an error message? 

Have you reported the data gifting to our tech guides on 150?
