My data plan was supposed to have increased but it says i have nothing left of my original 2gb so can't use my phone off wifi. I see some users have a similar issue, how do i fix this please? TIA

Welcome to the community.
Do you have a pay monthly contract SIM or is on pay as you go?
If it is pay monthly, did you upgrade the plan with a new contract or change it to a higher one during your current contract?
