I have now had issues with EE data gifting for 4 months. On both the mobile and website, data gifting fails and this has been the case for months now.
Despite trying to use the option 1 for a text, this also does not work, meaning im stuck with no one to talk to.
What is the solution? Can we just go back to option menus when calling so you can speak to a human being?

@markovichjames Stop selecting option 1 and select option 2 then select the closest option to your issue.
