Curious what I should do because I’m also having this issue and I am not the bill payer or account holder so I’m assuming tech support won’t speak to me. At the moment I can’t speak to the acount holder and have been having this issue for 8 days now!

No, have had this phone and contract for 2/3 months 

@Dramaqueen93x  Sounds like content lock is enabled and only be account holder can request to his to be removed from your line.  They need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token to have this removed or they need to go to a EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there.  There is nothing you can do yourself as you are not the account holder.  Ie it’s not in your name.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
