Network Service Status page is down?

I got a text from EE last Tuesday to say that there were problems with our local mast. Three days later we still have zero mobile signal at home.  More frustratingly, the network service status checker at https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status  has been down (for me) for the same period.  Right now it shows "This service isn't working right now" when accessed through landline broadband.  Is that because our local mast is OOS?  Is that page (https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status) working for others?

@Doric  It works for me.     Try clearing the browser history and cookies

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Well that's weird.  No, it's not a browser thing (same result in Safari, Chrome, Edge) - so I think it must be to do with my userID.  Appears that you have to be logged in before you can use https://ee.co.uk/help/service-status

I have no idea how to fix something that cannot be replicated by others. What a bore.

Hi @Doric

As this error seems to be specific to you, I'd recommend giving Customer Service a call on 150, where a guide in the technical team will be able to run a diagnostics to help fix the issue you are facing.

Try using the status page via the myEE mobile app instead.

I've known one interface to work when the other doesn't.

Thanks, @bristolian but alas, the same result (unsurprising I guess because the Network Status Page is web-based).

More annoyingly, I received this text today regarding the original problem -local mast is OS:

A whole week more of zero signal?!!  Not good.
