Hello @sblaho ,

Welcome to the community,

What mobile plan were you looking for? Plans have changed, you can check by logging into your account and then clicking on upgrade and check which one you want.

We have no idea what you are looking for, as this is not customer service, but you can also ring them up and speak to them, or keep your present plan and use it as before, unless you want to upgrade, then plans have changed.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi,

sorry I messed up my post. This is the first time I’m on this forum.
My problem is that my phone keeps disconnecting from the EE network and I have apparently no SIM card in my phone. I did not drop it or otherwise jar it. I have no idea why this is happening. I tried the airplane mode, turned it on and off checked the card, and still nothing works. My network connects for about a day tops and then I’m pushed off it again. It’s annoying as hell. I’m so fed up with EE. I can’t call them or text them since I have no network and the nearest shop is 3 hours away from where I live. I appreciate all help and suggestions.

@sblaho , what phone do you have? Also can you log-in here and check if there is a problem where you are, you can register and report if there is a problem:

https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker

Does this only happen in one location? Do you have fixed broadband, if yes, you can also use wifi calling, which enables you to use your phone as normal.

What makes you say or think this? I'm presuming your phone is giving an on-screen message, but you've  not mentioned it so I'll ask.

WiFi-calling is a valid suggestion for coverage issues, but it won't help for SIM issues because that's using EE's core network in the same way.

Perhaps explain a bit more about what's happening to your phone and why you think you have a SIM issue. That could be useful.

I checked the network connection in the areas I stayed and there was no issues with the coverage.

Additional information:

I have been travelling and purchased a digital sim for mobile data. This allowed me to use my uk plan and the the travel sim at the same time. On last Wednesday I got the notice that “my mobile plan doesn’t exist” this was under the mobile network settings on my phone. I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max which I had no issues with in the past.
there was also no sim  next to  my phone number. I fund this extremely weird.
when I returned I turned off and on the phone then tried to see if it will join the ee network but it didn’t work. I tried it a couple of more times and it finally found the connection. But that only lasted about 24 h. Since then I have the same problem all the time. Sometimes the signal vanishes in under 5 minutes and my sim will stop existing. It looks like I have no signal.

I'm not familiar with either Apple or e-SIM setups, but the lack of a SIM listed against a phone number would suggest an issue.

If your EE SIM is physical, I would suggest trying it in both SIM slots and also in a different phone - see if the problem follows.

Lack of a working SIM will cause a lack of mobile network coverage, so fixing the SIM issue is the root cause here.

@sblaho , if you cannot get it resolved, I would suggest speaking to customer service, or if you are near an EE high street store, go in there with a photo ID and see if they can help.
