@Yidarmy1970 Are you on contract or pay as you go ? If on contract, are you eligible to upgrade if you want a cheaper tariff? ( you can not lower it mid contract term ) If you want to increase your tariff you just need to call customer support and tell them you want to increase it. If on PAYG just text STOP PACK to 150 and purchase the pack you do want.
