could you remove my content lock, suddenly i cant go on my gambling site. ee have took it upon themselves to decide how i use my phone, i bought it i pay for it not ee. im over 18 yrs of age. ive tried within the ee app to get help to no avail. ive been to ee shop in bolton no help. ee disgusting how treat customers. unlock my content lock or changing severs.

@johnmufctaylor : Are you on contract or PAYG?

• On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
• On PAYG: On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
