Hello EE Community,
EE is blocking this language-learning website, https://lingusa.com, and its subdomains are also inaccessible on the EE network but work correctly on other networks.
When visiting the website through EE, users are redirected to EE’s Content Lock page at `/bills-payments/mobile/anonymous-content-lock`, which then displays a 404 error.
The websites do not contain adult, harmful, or restricted content. Could the EE Support or Content Lock team please review the classification and remove the block on the domain and it's subdomains??
Thank you.

@Ogban , it works for me on Broadband, so suspect it has been resolved, not sure why there was a problem.

@Schockwave : Isn't OP's issue with mobile network & Content Lock?

@XRaySpeX , you are right it does not work on mobile network with VPN on, once I switch VPN off, it works and I do not have content lock on.

So if it doesn’t work on a VPN then it’s an issue with them and there’s not a lot EE can do.

Hi @Ogban
Just an update with this. This has now been fully investigated by our suppliers and https://lingusa.com already correctly categorised as "Language Learning Technology – Other” respectively and we have checked the website is not blocked under EE ISP and loads up fine. The website has been whitelisted.
To set some context, the categorisation of websites for EE Parental Controls is conducted by our expert 3rd party supplier and EE is not involved in this process. We understand that from time to time, sites can be miscategorised so will forward your request onto our 3rd party supplier for further investigation if needed.
Can you please re-check and let us know how you get on?
Thanks
Ali
