I get 13gb each month but on the app and my online account it says I have 13gb left out of  39gb which I’ve never had 39gb anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Can you text BALANCE to 150, does the reply show the correct data allowance?

In your EE account, do you have any data add-ons showing that would increase the data allowance?

I get extra data as I have ee broadband but it’s always been 13.0gb each month and it comes up that amount when I text balance to 150 and I don’t have any add  ons that would increase the data.

To get the incorrect data allowance showing in your EE account looked into, please give us a call on 150. 

The team can check this for you and if needed get a single user fault raised to get the data allowance showing correctly.

I already spoke to someone yesterday and they said it’s a cliche that should right itself but it hasn’t

I spoke to them again and they put me through to a tech guy who said wait and see if it’s different when I get my new data and stuff next month if it’s still the same to try to uninstall n redownload the app again or to just ignore it so it’s just a wait and see now.
