Hello. Has anyone experienced mobile data being disconnected after 3 hours use?
I am using a Netgear 5G router for live streaming, and 3 times now I've lost the internet connection after 3 hours, today it happened after 3 hours, then again right on 6 hours.
The SIM isn't on a data only plan, it has call and text allowances - just wondering if this is something that can happen if it's not a data only plan.

How much data does your SIM have?
Does this happen the same time of the day or is it simply every 3 hours of streaming?

Hello Katie,
It’s an unlimited plan and the issue has been at different times of the day.
The signal strength still looks good but the connection appears to drop completely.

Are you able to check the SIM in another device to check if there has been any high usage texts from EE?
