Hi,

I connected the 4Gee mini wifi to my laptop for work and it says connected secured but when I try to log into the laptop for work, it says that it’s not able to connect because the 4Gee wifi does not have a domain?

Issue the command ipconfig /all on the PC.

  1. At the top is there a "DNS Suffix Search List"? That's your domain.
  2. Against the adapter, Ethernet or WiFi, connecting to the router is there a "Connection-specific DNS Suffix"? Is it the same as 1.?

It’s a work laptop not a normal laptop so i won’t be able to see that
information.

When i connect to the wifi and put in the password for the laptop all it
says is

“we can’t sign you into this credential because your domain isn’t
available. Make sure your device is connected to your organisations network
and try again. If you previously signed on this device with another
credential, you can sign in with that credential”

Sorry, can't help you then on such a restricted PC.

Sound's like it's your works' doing by placing restrictions on it & the answer must lie with them. Talk to your IT peeps.
