VPN issues
I think I may have the same issue. VPN worked on my first EE router then it had to be replaced due to a fault. It doesn’t work on the new router and the only setting is 6 with no option to change it to 4. The technical team at EE weren’t very helpful...

I have EE Broadband and a mobile contract which I get a discount off due to having the Broadband contract. Can my grown up son also have a discount on his EE mobile and if so how does he get this? He pays his own monthly bill and is due to upgrade....
EE 4G device not connecting
The device looks fully charged (constant green light) but despite rebooting several times I can’t get main device light to stay on and connect. Had very short burst of flashing aqua. Then off again.
